Breakfast 

 Chicken breast, vegetables on multiseed  brown bread

Lunch

Chicken breast curry, vegetables with 1 cup of red rice


Afternoon 


selection of seasonal cut fruits with non fat yoghurt

Dinner 

Atta flour chapatti served with chicken curry, vegetables, home made tomato sauce
