Breakfast 


4 egg whites & 2 yolks with veg & multiseed brown bread

Lunch

Chicken curry, vegetables with 1 cup of red rice

Afternoon

selection of seasonal cut fruits with non fat yoghurt

Dinner

Atta flour chappathi served with chicken curry

Bonus 

Wifi booster using left over aluminium food container
