- Thoroughly wash all ingredients & utensils. Ginger [ in yellow above the beetroot ] was the only item that i de skinned before putting into Juicer.

- As far as " clean up " is concerned, discard the " pulp " or re use it in food dressing and rinse under the tap and your all set for next Juice recipe.
