This is a modified version of previous " Homemade Gingerbeer " blog post.
Thoroughly wash and then scrub the ginger.
Peel [ lots of ] ginger [ without cutting off your fingers. Did I mention i [ really really ] hate knives.
Discard Ginger skin
Add peeled ginger to blender together with 3 teaspoons of sugar & 1 litre water
Blended Drink
Then bottle it [ to strain or not to strain ? ]
Unfiltered drink - notice the brown floating stuff ? = left over ginger skin even when I peeled off as much skin off them. The thick stuff at bottom of bottle is pure ginger pulp.
After filtration
What am i to do with the ginger pulp ? Discard or
Add some water to pulp and ... [ another batch of gingerbeer ] = amazing !!!
Lets bottle this batch too
Conclusion = Ginger pulp can be re used over & over again [ enough to make 7 litres from just 150g of ginger ]
Thoroughly wash all ingredients & utensils. Ginger [ in yellow above the beetroot ] was the only item that i de skinned before putting into Juicer.

As far as " clean up " is concerned, discard the " pulp " or re use it in food dressing and rinse under the tap and your all set for next Juice recipe.
