Calorie Counter

2015 -

When I walked in, the Counter caught fire. Must have been my sparkling personality. I kinda have that kind of effect on people but in-animate objects = 1st time. Must celebrate !!!

For the money one pays for sandwich @ Rs.890, this is too little, too costly. Had it been 4 sandwiches then maybe its worth the spent cash. But no mad bathroom 100 meter dash = good sign !!!
One needs to be a Billionaire to eat here on a daily basis at the rate of Rs.1500 x 3 meals [ approximately ] and go home [ still hungry ] and having broken the bank account in the process

Note to self - does one loose weight just looking at the Menu with the prices. I lost a couple of pounds  on day 1 with no exercise by mere observation alone. Amazing !!!

Went in hungry, came out starving, so much that I can eat 3 elephants and still have room for desert.

But im a sucker for healthy food, now im a frequent visitor to Calorie Counter !!!

Inner Armor Hard Mass Gainer

original scoop on left / scoop i use on right

  • Adding  protein into shaker bottle doesnt completely dissolve the powder. Instead add protein + Oats + 1 teaspoon organic coconut oil + some water into a blender = thick milkshake consistency as seen below.

  • At 1st just blending protein + water was fine but it had no taste. Subsequent protein shakes had 1 x  32g Oats      [ extra carbs on top of the carbs already found in 1 scoop ] +  coconut oil + water
  • According to the label, you are supposed to add 4 heaping protein scoops with original scoop, given 1 scoop barely mixes as it is, there is no way in hell, 4 scoops will mix by shaking a shaker bottle.

Oats + Protein + Coconut oil + [ water = to be added ]

Oatmeal Smoothie

  • Oats
  • Milk
  • Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Fruits [ optional ]
  • Yogurt
  • Blender

Could have been much much worse. Not bad for 1st time though. It came out too thick [ like porridge - no fun trying to drink that ] , need to add more milk next time and some fruits.

This came out perfect. Trick is [ put sufficient liquid ] after you put all the ingredients into the blender, you pulse it twice on very short 2 second bursts so it mixes well and then you blend by turning it to position 1 or 2 for 15 seconds. If you just blend by putting it to position 1, all the ingredients will be thrown upwards and you end up just mixing liquid.

You can pre grind the oats by just putting oats into the empty blender and pulse it twice on 2 second bursts and then add rest of the ingredients. Then this smoothie will have no oats taste [ not that there are no oats ].

Each scoop of oats is 34 grams, I put 2 scoops = 68 grams per smoothie.

If you want a healthy breakfast first thing in the morning and cant be bothered wasting 30 mins over making breakfast - this is it !!!
